Well, if there wasn't any snow, I'm sure I'd whine about that too, but I am surely ready for the snow to be gone. It's an inspiration murderer. I can't wait for the sun to come out!

I have taken a few wedding pics, getting ready for the coming summer wedding season! Shooting outside again is going to be a real treat!

Dolly Bags!

Last Thursday I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my Dolly Bag had come in the mail! If you haven't seen Dolly's site you must check it out! Not only is it the coolest bag I have ever had, the workmanship (or work"woman"ship) is fantastic! She also has a great selection of styles, and she has a lot of original, fun prints! She even personalized my bag, sent me a goodie bag of valentines candy, and made me a Johnny Depp pocket mirror! She even has pretty packaging!

Paper Bag Princess

Ok, tonight I also feel the need to explain my Paper Bag Princess shot. So many people look at it and wonder what the heck it's all about. It is amazing how many people haven't read Robert Munsch's book "The Paper Bag Princess". It was definatly popular when I was a kid....anyone else remember it? Prince Ronald and all? Anyways, this is just my version. I guess I glammed it up a bit ;)

So I guess I'm a little late but I just came across my pics from Halloween. The costume I had this year was probably my favourite yet. I got called a bubble bath and everything else so for those who can't actually tell, I'm a cupcake. Here also is my dad, Happy the Clown, minus the Happy part. :)

Matt Bailey

So this is from the shoot I did in the summer for Matthew Bailey, a second year jazz guitar student attending Humber College. Aside from being a dear friend, he is also an accomplished guitarist. He is in the midst of writing and recording songs. He plays various styles including folk, rock, r&b, and jazz. Recently I also learned that he is now a member of a Bluegass band called "The Good, the Bad and the Whiskey" in which he plays the mandolin. I have also heard him play a fine ukulele tune. Check him out folks.

Introducing: The Limits

So Celebrating the beginning of my blog, I guess I will take some time to tell the stories behind a few of my photos. I'm going to begin with the shoot that I did for a band called The Limits. They are a Buffalo based blues band. The members are Bill, Jason, Todd and Tom. I met them in Lancaster NY where they were playing at the Nostalgia Drags in the Summer. They are super cool guys and fun to shoot....even though Bill wasn't too impressed with the picture taking part :) Just by looking, you would swear these guys came straight out of the 50's! Unfortunatly they don't have a site, but take it from me...they ROCK.
